This is born out of a sense of creativity and a desire to have everything organized and functioning efficiently. This is an asset to me in almost any situation - when a client calls with an issue, as a parent, when the computer won't cooperate, when the numbers don't match. A calm sense of "what can we do now" is generally a good place to start. This approach has helped me build strong processes, coordinate successful projects, build programs, bring greater efficiency, gain the trust of others, and gather a fresh perspective in many tough situations . .
